Pass The Keys is a modern property management company that specialises in short-term rentals, including Airbnb properties, holiday homes, and short lets. To achieve these goals, we managed their organic and paid social media efforts while also setting up and overseeing Google Ads campaigns. Additionally, we developed customised mini websites and landing pages for each franchise, tailored to their unique offerings.

Many of these franchises had minimal or no digital presence prior to our collaboration. We transformed their Facebook and Instagram channels, providing them with a revitalised online identity and a fresh start in the digital landscape.

We established a fresh, uniform tone of voice across all franchises to maintain brand consistency. Our team also created new creative assets for each franchise, enhancing brand recognition and visibility.

To ensure a steady stream of content, posts were scheduled in advance on a regular weekly basis. In the initial stages, we tested and analysed data to identify the optimal posting frequency and times to maximise engagement.

The content mix included brand-building posts, property promotions aimed at driving bookings, and service information targeted at attracting leads from short-let property owners.

When we began our partnership with Pass The Keys franchises, all website visitors were directed to the main HQ site, where properties were listed and leads generated. This created a challenge, as we couldn’t track, analyse, or retarget previous website visitors effectively.

To overcome this, we developed individual mini-websites for each franchise, incorporating two dedicated landing pages. This solution enabled us to track conversions, analyse website traffic, and retarget visitors who didn’t convert. Furthermore, it allowed us to customise the landing pages to align with each franchise’s specific goals, such as highlighting particular property types or focusing on specific locations.

We generated over 70,000 clicks across their digital platforms, leading to a substantial 179% increase in their organic audience. Our content reached more than 700,000 people organically, while paid campaigns extended that reach by an additional 360,000.

In terms of engagement, the franchises experienced a 23% increase in page likes, further solidifying their online presence and brand visibility. These metrics highlight the success of our organic and paid social media strategies in driving both reach and engagement, demonstrating how effectively we connected with potential clients and enhanced the overall impact of the Pass The Keys brand in the competitive short-term rental market.
